("IKS"), the US subsidiary of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (NSE: IKS) ("IKS Health"), a global leader in care enablement solutions across the patient journey, in its $557 million acquisition of publicly held TruBridge, Inc. (NASDAQ: TBRG), a prominent provider of health care technology solutions for rural and community hospitals. Under the terms of the agreement, TruBridge shareholders received $26.25 in cash for each share of common stock.
